Your baby:
  • Baby can move around and is getting stronger
  • Fingernails have grown to the fingertips
  • Brain and lungs are still growing

Your body:
  • May have more contractions
  • Colostrum (milk) may leak out of breasts
  • May have trouble breathing (if bad, call your doctor)

What you can do:
  • Two doctor visits
  • Talk to doctor about breastfeeding
  • Talk about newborn screening
