Staying healthy:
- Go to all of your doctor appointments
- Make sure your doctor knows your medical history
- Take your medication
- DO NOT smoke, drink alcohol, or do any other drugs unless prescribed by a doctor and are approved for pregnancy
- Eat healthy
- Do not eat:
- raw eggs, meat, or fish
- unpasteurized beverages
- fish that contain a lot of mercury
- Do not eat:
- Limit caffeine
- Be active
- Stay away from strong chemicals such as paint, smoke, bug spray, etc
- Try to prevent sickness
- Try to reduce stress
