Your baby is the size of a head of lettuce!

Your baby:
  • Lungs are ready to work on their own
  • Baby should move to a head down position

Your body:
  • Breathing should be easier due to baby's position, but you may have to pee more often
  • Feet and ankles may swell (elevate them) 
  • Your cervix opens to prepare for labor

What you can do:
  • Call your doctor as soon as you think you are in labor
    • strong contractions every  5-10 min
    • water breaks
    • blood appears
  • Pack a bag for the hospital
